Returns Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 07 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:
  • Contact our customer support team at Contact@DailyDashDeal.com to request a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  1. Receive Return Authorization:
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  1. Ship the Item:
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
  1. Inspection and Refund:
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (e.g., missing tags, not in original packaging).

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. If the refund is still missing, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@DailyDashDeal.com.
